It all begins with joy.

Color choice is intuitive,

Self-taught, every piece depicts of a time gone, a whisper of adventures, or a snapshot of love. Each work holds a memory that escaped the eye and rolled across a cheek or a thought filled with electric joy. Artwork is a story, a moment, a representation of thoughts impossible to express in words.  All pieces are one-of-a-kind—as are the handmade frames.

Originally from Green Bay WI with four decades in Coeur d’Alene ID, Cyndie now resides in Fort Collins CO.  She earned a Ph.D. from the University of Idaho and spent her career in education—elementary teaching to college administration.  While searching for a creative outlet after retiring, she entered the 2022 Coeur d’Alene Art on the Green poster contest—mostly because she had a drawer full of colored pencils and craved the energy of color. She won… so began her love of the media.

She and her husband, Jim (a life-long public servant and the frame maker), make time to travel and enjoy family and friends.
